High School Classes

Please Check the Highlighted Classes Below

An SAT/ACT test prep course (individual/group) to prepare students for college exams and to be college-ready. This course is a great way to refresh students’ knowledge and learn new materials on various topics. It covers in all curriculum, Mathematics, Language Art, Language, Science, and Social Science. It also teaches students test-taking tips, techniques, study strategies, and strategies to find the correct answer to fully prepare students for the exam. Our goal is to assist students to be comfortable with the exam because the more comfortable the student is, the better the student will do on the exam.

Our High School Writing Class helps students strengthen their academic writing, critical thinking, and communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Students learn how to organize ideas clearly, write persuasive essays, improve grammar and vocabulary, and develop confidence in their personal writing style. Through guided instruction, creative exercises, and real-world writing practice, students build the skills needed for high school success, college preparation, and future careers. Whether working on essays, research papers, or creative projects, students are encouraged to express themselves thoughtfully and effectively

Creative Writing Class

This math class is designed for high school level students that cover math concepts learned and will be retained. Our goal is to structure every student’s math foundation, strengthen basic skills, develop strong number sense, build early math skills, learn and use math vocabulary, and masterhigh-level concepts that will be learned. We teach students word problems, logical reasoning, understanding, and applying their math skills to prepare them for the state test (SBAC).

Algebra

Geometry

Calculus, AP Calculus AB/BC

This course is an introduction to prepare students of Calculus and AP Calculus AB/BC. Students will be reviewing key topics from previously learned concepts from Algebra. Overall, this course also teaches our students how to apply learned materials to solve more difficult problems.

Linear Algebra

Topics include but not limited to algebraic expressions, linear equations, and systems of linear equations, inequalities, application of algebraic methods to solving word problems, exponents, polynomials and algebraic fractions, functions, factoring, special products, quadratic equations, radicals, and operations with radical expressions, functions, and graphs, exponential and logarithmic expressions and functions, complex numbers, arithmetic, and geometric sequences, probability, etc. Overall, this course also teaches our students how to apply learned materials to solve more difficult problems.

Our Geometry Class helps high school students build a strong foundation in mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and spatial understanding. Students explore key geometry concepts, including angles, triangles, circles, proofs, area, volume, and coordinate geometry, through interactive lessons and guided practice. The class is designed to strengthen critical thinking skills, improve academic confidence, and support success in school coursework and standardized exams. With step-by-step instruction and personalized support, students gain a deeper understanding of geometry while developing the confidence to tackle complex math problems independently.
